It is the perfect place to spend a successful and enjoyable holiday. Whether you prefer relaxing by the river or you are looking for a more sporting activity-filled holiday, you will be spoiled with everything we have just for you!

We have a multitude of sports activities such as climbing, canyoning and horse riding – all of which you can do within proximity of the campsite.

You can also go on superb hikes across the forest – situated as close as 200 meters or so to the banks of the Chassezac river, near your campsite.

If you want to get involved in more extreme sports, the Chaulet climbing site is one of the most reputed sites for climbing - just a two minutes’ walk away.

Around the campsite


If you want to stay close to the camping area, you can enjoy other activities such as fishing, a game of pétanque or even volleyball. Hiking or cycling tours such as the "Capitelles Trail" are also available, departing from the campsite. The horse-riding club is two kilometres away - take advantage of the location to experience a horse-riding tour.

The campsite is perfectly equipped with everything you need, and you are able to get a bite to eat on site. In fact, you can savour the different dishes we offer such as local specialties that are prepared mainly with local products, as well as our delicious pizzas that will make the kids just as happy as the adults. Lively evenings and the campsite bar are pleasant alternatives to end your day in style.

Chaulet Village Campsite provides you with direct access to the beach – offering you a very friendly holiday.

The campsite is designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility, but be careful, access to the river is difficult to practice because the path is stony.
